Richard has had 30 years experience in the finance industry specialising in personal and commercial lending. Initially he worked for 18 years with the BNZ, doing the basics, through to Credit Manager, and in the last 5 years, a Business Manager role. He then moved on to UDC Finance gaining further experience in asset finance in a Credit Manager position. He has now been brokering for 11 years. Having completed a number of his own residential developments and being a long term property investor, he has a good understanding of this market, which can add value when clients are seeking finance in this sector. His interests include fishing, diving, and boating. He is currently in his 4th term as President of New Zealand Sport Fishing, which represents 57 fishing clubs, and their 32000 members throughout New Zealand. He is also a representative for Fishing's world body, The International Game Fish Association.

Sheryl Moyle

Sheryl joined our team in 2001 after spending many years being a top achiever in Real Estate both in Nelson and later on Auckland’s North Shore. Through her Real Estate career Sheryl gained experience in assisting people arrange finance for homes and farms as well as well as dealing with issues relating to subdivisions and resource consents. Having successfully completed the New Zealand Mortgage Brokers Exam and the Sovereign Home Loan course some time ago, Sheryl is concentrating on residential finance for home owners and investors.
